Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with BunnySync in just 5 minutes! This guide walks you through the essential steps to start managing your rabbitry.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- ✅ Created your BunnySync account
- ✅ Confirmed your email address
- ✅ Have at least one rabbit's information ready
Step 1: Initial Setup
Access Your Dashboard
Log in to BunnySync at app.bunnysync.com
You'll see the Welcome Dashboard with quick setup tiles

Set Your Rabbitry Name
Click "Set Up Rabbitry" tile or navigate to Settings → Rabbitry
Enter your rabbitry name (e.g., "Sunny Acres Rabbitry")
Select your country and timezone
Click Save
Step 2: Add Your First Breeder
Quick Add Method
From the dashboard, click the "+ Add Breeder" button
Fill in the essential information:
- Name: Your rabbit's name
- Sex: Buck or Doe
- Breed: Select from dropdown or type to add custom
- Color: Select or add custom
- Status: Usually "Active" for breeding stock

At the top of every page:
- + New Breeder: Add rabbits quickly
- + New Litter: Record new litters
- + Task: Create reminders
- Quick Search: Find anything instantly
Step 4: Record Your First Breeding
Go to Breeders and select a doe
Click "Breed" button on her profile
Select the buck from the dropdown
Choose breeding date (defaults to today)
Add notes if desired
Click "Save Breeding"
What Happens Next
BunnySync automatically:
- ✓ Calculates due date (31 days)
- ✓ Creates nest box reminder (28 days)
- ✓ Adds to breeding calendar
- ✓ Updates doe's status
