Template Fields Explained
Required Fields
- Name: Unique identifier for each rabbit
- Sex: Must be "Buck" or "Doe"
Optional but Recommended
- Breed: Standardize breed names
- DOB: Use MM/DD/YYYY format
- Status: Active, Sold, Deceased, etc.
Data Format Requirements
- Dates: MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD
- Weights: Numbers only (4.5, not "4.5 lbs")
- Sex: "Buck" or "Doe" (not M/F or Male/Female)
- Status: Active, Sold, Deceased, Butchered
Step 3: Prepare Your Data
- Copy your data into the template columns
- Match column headers exactly as shown
- Remove any formulas - paste values only
- Save as CSV or keep as Excel (.xlsx)

Import Progress
Importing from Specific Software
- In Evans Software, go to File � Export
- Choose CSV Format
- Select All Records
- Save the file to your computer
- Upload to BunnySync using the CSV import option
- Open Kintraks and go to Reports
- Select Export Data
- Choose Comma Delimited (CSV)
- Check all data types to export
- Upload the CSV to BunnySync
Special Considerations:
- Kintraks groups data differently - review mappings carefully
- Medical records may need manual review
- Financial data imports separately
Global Pedigree requires a two-step process:
- Export rabbits to Excel format
- Export pedigree data separately
- Combine in our template
- Import combined file
